Who would have thought it? I can't believe it happened.
Mon, 2008-07-28 06:46 — martinkwrightThis is just nuts. What started as a joke has become out of hand.

I take it back.... Sorry!
Thu, 2008-02-14 11:38 — martinkwrightXombi turned my machines into ZOMBIES! It has been removed from all of my machines because it cause not only outlook to crawl, I am guessing the indexing, but the rest of the machine to act a bit odd.
Great app functionally... was really cool to see email analytics easily. Technically. OUCH!

Get Xombi - Really Cool Add-in for Outlook
Thu, 2008-01-24 12:43 — martinkwrightVery cool add-in for Outlook.
"...Freeware Microsoft Outlook plug-in Xobni (that's inbox backwards) adds a handful of killer features to its new Outlook sidebar. Among those features: Email analytics, extraordinarily useful contact cards, fast search, threaded (Gmail-like) conversations, and more. The video above gives an excellent overview, so give it a look. Seeing as Xobni has successfully made Outlook appear exciting (which is no easy feat), this freeware, Windows-only plug-in looks like a winner. Currently Xobni is in a closed beta..."
Look what arrived in the office... More to come.
Thu, 2008-01-17 22:20 — martinkwrightBack from CES a week later and now I'm SICK!
Thu, 2008-01-17 22:15 — martinkwrightHad a good time at CES this year. That show is always amazing and being in Vegas doesn't stink to bad either. It's only been a week since I've been fighting a cold and it seems to have progressively gotten worse. Vegas ICK. After reading many blog entries from others at CES it seems I'm not the only one. Well anyway, here are my ups and downs of CES 08.
Ups
- Seeing Bill Gates Last Keynote at CES
- The show is massive
- Lots of new UMPC's on the way... Toshiba's chromed out one is slick.
- Intel MID's are as cool in person as they are online
- The 150' plasma... shasta, it's big. I need it. S will go for it, yeah no problem, I got this.
- Winning $500 at the blackjack tables
- Watching TD do "his" thing.
- Finally getting to tell Toshiba off for releasing a tablet that wasn't compatible with the UWB Dock even though they say it was.
- Checking out the comparisons of my OQO standard drive versus their SSD version. Daddy needs an upgrade.
- Speaker less speakers. (I'll hunt down the link) Basically they turned sheet rock into speakers so that you didn't see anything in the home theatre.
Downs
- Bill Gates Keynote... Nothing Big there... Wasn't really WOW'd
- Also, up is a down, The show is hella big. Lots of people... can't move. can't see.
- Losing $300 at the craps table
- Staying way to far away from the show... Long Story there.
- Picking up the Vegas ICK and now sick.
I told you I would do it... more blogging to come.
Happy New Year & Welcome Back.
Wed, 2008-01-02 10:41 — martinkwrightHope everyone had a Safe and Happy New Year and welcome back to the real world. It was nice to basically be off for a week or so which has made it pretty difficult to get going again. Here we go again!
Goodbye 2007. Hello 2008 - This one is for JT
Wed, 2007-12-26 23:37 — martinkwrightJT... I told you a year ago that I would do it and I did it. I waited the whole year before posting.
It can be attributed to laziness but mostly because it was one hell of a year. It seems like we were just finishing up 2006. I can't believe it.
Quick Stats.
- Still @ PPC.
- Still loving It.
- Still Madly In Love w/ S
- Still have only 1 child... for now. MORE on the way. Stay Tuned.
- Still loving that too.
Well here we go. I have a new look for the blog and promise to start to post regularly throughout 08.
